Allergies

If you are allergic to ingredients Included or not included in the 14 allergens, you should always check with us for information about your specific food allergen, before you place an order.

Most of the Manufacturers of the ingredients we use stipulate that the ingredients are manufactured in facilities that also process and handle foods on the allergen list, but that offcourse is just a precautionary message, as this does not mean it contains those allergens, just that it is processed in the same facility.

Please note that this is NOT a Take Aways Service, where your food arrives hot. Your food will arrive

in a cooler and will be in foil and deli containers, ready for you to reheat. There will be heating instructions with the meal. Meals can be kept in Fridge for up to 2 days or can be frozen straight away for freshness.
